"It was a couple of years now building to a point where there were a couple of situations, where we were, where we were going, lack of attendance and lack of direction of the team at this point," Moore said Tuesday. "We felt that we needed to go ahead and make the decision. ... We were losing ground, I think, with our fan base, with the support, with the excitement, what we expect and want from this team."
